I have spent the last three years as a math major, so as one might expect, I am a math nerd. Well, being a math nerd I find topics like math jokes, Fermat's theorem (which was solved 14 years ago), and the like interesting. Well, I recently came across an article about a 63 year old man who solved a thirty year old problem with only 8 pieces of paper. I know what most of you are thinking, ONLY eight? Well, I have used two pages solving a basic math problem, so for a math problem that has been sitting around for thirty years unsolved, I find it very impressive!
